GEUS Customer Service Representative I-(Full-Time)
Applications are now being accepted for the position of: Customer Service Representative I-(Full-Time)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs excellent customer service skills to ensure the customer is provided the best customer service via email, in person, or phone call for all GEUS services Assists residential and commercial customers with new service accounts and assists customers with utility, cable, and Internet account transfers and disconnections Records, maintains, and scans all utility, cable, and Internet transactions, analyzes, and collects deposits for accounts Assists customers with GEUS utility, cable, and Internet billing inquiries Assists customers with troubleshooting GEUS cable and Internet Multi-tasking, ability to work under stress in a high-paced work environment Regular attendance and punctuality are essential job functions Performs other duties as assigned The primary responsibilities only include essential functions of the job and do not imply that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position. Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by the supervisor or management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: High school diploma or equivalent plus some course work or computer training beyond high school 1-2 years of related experience in an office environment, preferably including some customer contact Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Tyler Technology Incode software knowledge a plus Bi-lingual ability is a plus
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or 8:30-5:30 pm
Pay Rate: DOQ plus Benefits
