Property Manager

The Property Manager provides maintenance, repair, and overall operation of the buildings and grounds of Club Lake. The Property manager also performs administrative duties related to Club Lake operations. Greenville Club Lake is a private recreational lake that includes year-round and seasonal residences, a clubhouse, cabanas, marina facilities, nature trails and wildlife management areas. This is a resident property manager, with a residence at Club Lake provided. The most highly qualified candidate will be selected based on a combination of career experience, demonstrated accomplishments and personal character that best fits the needs of Greenville Club Lake. Strong record of similar work experience with proven experience performing duties with minimal guidance and managing priorities. Requires strong communication skills, personable demeaner and ability to establish strong trusting relationships.

Minimum Qualifications: 7 years buildings and grounds agricultural operations, construction management, mechanical/industrial operations, lake/wildlife management, OR closely related experience.
